Project Description
The Owner of a new power distribution plant was asked to look at option for containment around their transformers as they contain fluids that are hazardous to the environment. ECI provided a design detail and specified the materials acceptable for this type of containment.

The project was a great success for all Stakeholders.
lessons learned
Selecting competent liner contractors with engineering capacity and a Permit to Practice results in value-engineered solutions that maximize quality at an appropriate price.
